As a long-distance runner with flexible hips, I believe that balance is essential to achieving wellness. Repetitive overuse injuries are something that we all face as humans, but we can mitigate them through targeted massage, stretching, and fitness interventions. By identifying problematic movement patterns and correcting postural deviations, we can improve our clients' quality of life and provide them with a pain-free experience.
I am a certified massage therapist with four years of experience, three years as a personal trainer, and specialized certifications in neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, and sports massage. Furthermore, I am on my way to becoming a yoga instructor and am passionate about yoga and its benefits for the body and mind.
